This is the sign I added to the hallway outside my office. It directs clients to the lobby, rather than to the File Room where they would otherwise end up. No one has expressed disappointment that there is not actually an Accounting Gift Shop.
Am wisely avoiding shopping today. Will visit the Chiro. instead to work on my plantar and back. Progress is slow, but so am I. (But the tortoise wins in the fable!)

No Jammies
Found this sign outside the dining area at our hotel. Question whether you need to wear anything between shirt and shoes?
We attended the Upper Midwest Trail Runners (www.umtr.net) annual banquet. A good place to meet like-minded (crazy) people.
My tri cross-training will likely include some snowshoe races. Take a look at the Braveheart Snowshoe series schedule at http://cutemoose.net/snowshoe_series.htm

Cross-Training vs. Technology
I find that new technology sometimes interferes with cross-training opportunities. Two examples:
1.) Cross-training Opportunity: Dashing outside to chase squirrels off of the bird feeder.
Technology: Squirrel Baffle. Now I'm reduced to merely chortling at the squirrels in their fruitless attempts at thievery.
2.) Cross-training Opportunity: Running around inside the house to stay warm during the winter.
Technology: Weatherstripping. Just squirt it in the gaps between storm windows and frames and your need for at-home mileage will drop.
